Confused on goals

Idk what my goal should be anymore. I'm 5'7" and 152. I used to have an eating disorder and have worked so hard to do this healthily. Down from 170 in May. Any thoughts on a good goal weight. I mean I think I mostly look good but I'd like to lose a little bit more. I'm just worried it won't stop although I've done this very slowly. I have 150 as my Fitbit goal and 145 in here I think.

    I think each person decides what their goal is for themselves. Since you had an eating disorder, you may still have some body dysmorphia, but 150 or 145 are both well within the healthy range for your height. Instead of focusing on losing more, maybe you could switch to recomposition. Start eating at maintenance and doing something like stronglifts or nrolfw.

    Good points. Unfortunately I'm super busy his time of year so my exercise is not great. I should try to do some on the weekends. Hopefully I'll find a way soon to get some in.
