    Could you be more specific about what list of items you want to clear? You can delete items from Frequent, My Meals, and Recipes, but you cannot delete items from Recent or My Foods (that you shared to the MFP database). If you mean clear a food entry from "Your Food Diary for xx Date," click the red circle to the right of each food entry.

    I would like to clear out some of the "Recent" or "Favorites". Since I have had my account, I have accumulated more than several pages I have to click through to find what I am looking to add to my food diary. Items that I have accumulated I have not shared, just selected from the database and are now in recent for quick access?

    I'm finding that items I haven't used for a while simply disappear from my Recent list. I have 4 pages in that list, and from what I can tell, when I add something new the last item on page 4 is "bumped" off the list.
