Too sore to workout

I am so sore. I did upper and lower body workouts yesterday, using water gallons containers simply because I do not have any weights at home. I filled two gallons containers up half way and worked out for 90 mins with minimum breaks in between each workout routine. Today I want to at least get some cardio in, but I don't have a treadmill at home and I can't go for a walk outdoors because I don't have my 3 month old stroller with me. Are there any good exercises to do at home with no equipment for sore muscles?

Walk around the house, jump rope, hula hoop, dance, cleaning, your pick. Anything as long as youre moving!

try some good slow stretches and yoga/pilates moves for soothing. then perhaps some jumping jacks, running in place w/ high knees, cross-country skiers, toe-touch lunges, and skaters will do it for you. Do 2 min each for 3 10-minutes sessions?

YOGA!!!!!! Check out Yoga With Adriene on YouTube. Pick something that sounds slow & relaxing & stretchy.

I put on some amazing music and jam with my two little boys! They love it, and I get to move. If you really get moving, you can actually burn quite a few calories (like Zumba-level sweating haha). Even if it's just dancing around your kitchen and/or living room, you can get moving at a speed-walking pace, and that feels great. :) It's tough when you want to get out, but there are always things to do in a small space if you need to. Hope this helps!

I'm adding that these are if you really want to push yourself and move. If you really want to focus on stretching those sore muscles, I'd definitely go with the other recommendations of yoga. Sorry... I partially answered! Good luck!

Thank you everyone. The yoga sounds great. I think I'll give the yoga a try. Do you know of any good YouTube channels for Zumba?
