I need help staying committed!

I always start trying to get in shape but slack off every time. Help!

    Add me, I will help as much as I can. The better you eat the more likely you will exercise regularly and vice versa! Also dedicate yourself to go to the gym or do a home based workout a minimum of 3 days a week. Once you make it a routine it becomes so much easier :smile:
