Newbie

Hey I'm 44 and trying to loose 40 pounds for health reasons. Joined the gym but not sure how to work out. And not sure how to eat right.

    Start on trendmill and work your way around gym. Watch others routine and follow the crowd. Key is to go 3-4 x's a week. And watch ur in take of food. GL 40 should be easy beore June. Nail it and get ur results!!!

    I'm 44 as well and have a goal to lose 25lbs. I've been on a solid routine but hit a plateau so I've changed it up. Went on a hard core low carb low fat high protein diet and started hitting a cycling class at the gym. Burning 1200 calories with this class and seeing results. Good luck!

    I logged what I was I was eating in calories and decreased the amount to lose ten pounds at a time. Seemed to work well good luck.
