What's some good breakfast recipes?

    Oatmeal, peanut butter, milk, cranberries, mix , eat.

    2 cups whole fat milk
    1 cup oatmeal
    1 scoop whey protein
    2 table spoons gainzbutter
    1 banana
    1 cup blueberries
    1 Teaspoon fishoil
    2 cups spinach

    Now blend it all up. It ends up being 3/4 of a blender and close to 1000 calories. Do not say it won't fill you up, because trust me it does. I can eat a 12oz steak, 300g potatoes, 1 cup wild rice, and salad in one sitting, trust me. The shake will do the trick.

    Bulking = ~+500 calories over your TDEE. How many calories are we talking about?

    Easy bulking foods (i.e. high in calories) - peanut/almond butter, whole fat milk, olive oil, nuts, shakes using these + fruits, etc.

    If you give a calorie amount, I could give you a more detailed response.
