http://www.musclefood.com - too good to be true?

I try eating healthy and am pretty food most evenings but I am useless at prepping food for work, I have all good intentions but something always gets in the way (or I make an excuse to do something else).. Today I was browsing online and came across Http://www.musclefood.com/meals/freshly-prepped-meals.html They look really nice, and the macronutrients in them are perfect.

I just wondered has anyone tried these and would you recommend them?

Man, these places are popping up everywhere.

I imagine that if you can afford it and the food is decent it's a good option. Sorry, I've not tried this one. I have tried a similar concept in my area (got a $10 coupon) and the food was actually pretty good. Not great, but on par with a lower end chain restaurant.

I think you would be better served to work on your time management skills :)

I now work from home, but when I worked in an office, I did big batches of cooking on the weekends and packed up lunches through Wed or Thursday. I made smoothies for breakfast.

You could make lunches and breakfasts the night before. Lots of people like Overnight Oats. Here is one of many sites with recipes: http://hurrythefoodup.com/how-to-make-overnight-oats-in-a-jar/

(I'd add protein powder to get the protein macro up.)

StealthQ - Thank you, there not too expensive & similar to what I pay now for dinners at work, so I think i'll give them a try hopefully the food will taste as good as it looks .

Kshama - My breakfast and tea's are mostly healthy and I cook them fresh every day, along with dinners on a weekend, I'm just not into prepping meals for work, I do it for a few weeks but get bored, it's not really for me.

Thank you for the information but I was just looking to see if anyone had tried this or something similar for a healthy alternative.
