I am also new to this site and will add a picture someday. I am 46 yrs old and have been slowly getting fat for the last 10 yrs. My doctor actually recommended this site for me. She knows I am not afraid to exercise but my calorie intake is too much for my age and activity level.
So it feels good, on day one, to be a part of a site that is meant to make me accountable for my daily calories and exercise.0
