Hi guy's what's a good exercise i can do to lost 40kg in 1or 2 month

    There's a really good exercise called "moderating expectations" which ought to help a lot.

    In all seriousness, you're not going to lose 40kg in 1 or 2 months. Even 20kg in 2 months is beyond real possibility. Any plan which would promote that kind of loss would be wildly unhealthy.

    The only way you could possibly lose 40 kg in two months would be to stop eating completely. Which is not recommended. A much more realistic goal would be losing 2 to 4 kg. per month. You can do that by figuring out what is a reasonable calorie deficit level for you and carefully weighing and logging all the food you eat.

    88 pounds in one or two months...? Come on now. Take this slowly and be realistic. That 88 pounds didn't go on in one or two months, so you cannot expect it to come off that quickly.

    I'm convinced this is a troll. Even the most desperate person cannot expect to lose that much in a month or two.

    I'd be inclined to agree but every time I doubt the legitimacy of a post, something even more inane pops up within a day or two. We've got people taking up smoking for weight loss, we had a thread about eating lean people's poop in capsule form for weight loss; I don't know what's real anymore.
