It works, it really works!!!

So yesterday I went out with my son and I ate without guilt, without the desire to spend two hours at the gym working off what I ate. I went out with KNOWLEDGE. The knowledge of knowing how to do this the right way. I knew that I had extra calories that I hadn't used so I could enjoy myself. I knew that I didn't have to beat myself up or reduce myself to eating lettuce to enjoy a nice dinner with my son. The biggest thing I knew was that I could wake up this morning and keep going. I hadn't "fallen off the wagon" or "screwed up my week". I got up this morning and felt great not only because the scale actually showed I lost a pound but that I had GAINED so much more. I finally GOT IT. I finally knew that I could do this. So I'm here to tell you that "gaining" is pretty fun too!!!

You now have the power that so many people in the world don't have: control over your eating habits. Once you get into the correct mindset, you are unstoppable. Sounds like you are in the groove.0

Congratulations! I struggle with this, as I seem to get stuck in the "all or nothing" mindset. I'm working on it, but haven't quite mastered it. Kudos to you!!0
