200 (+) Crunches! Try to work your upper, lower and side abdominals! Build that core!
How many can YOU do? Get them done by midnight Break them up if need be.
Try to leave your previous # behind and set a new personal record! Whatever the number, beat YOUR personal best

10 right twisting crunches
10 left twisting crunches
x2
25 right side oblique crunches (with left side on floor)
25 left side oblique crunches (vise versa)
25 bicycle crunches (elbow to knee on both sides counts as 1)
25 double crunches- THESE ARE KILLER
25 V-Sits- Passing a small item from one side to another is super helpful
For a grand total of 225 crunches! Doesn't take much effort to make yourself proud0 -

I've done 250 standing ones so far (my boys were outside playing in the sprinklers, so I did them then). I will post back when I complete more later today.0 -
