Trying this out to make a change in my life. I'm ready for greatness and my weight is the only thing holding me back. I'm hoping this time and this tool will be my success.

    You can do this! I made my total life and body transformation when I turned 40! Was my best year ever - you can do it too!!

    I concur with Escotech. You look great. I also agree with WBFF. I may not have started my transformation at 40. But, 38 is close enough. It's worth it.

    I was 42 when I decided enough of this being fat malarkey....
    I've been maintaining my goal weight range for 3 years now - its the best feeling in the world being slim, fit and healthy :smile:

    I will be 40 this summer and started this year with the goal to lose 50 lbs by my birthday. I'm already well on my way, down 22 so far! You got this!
