Can anyone recommend a great low-cal snack that I can eat in large quantity?

baby carrots are yummy - I usually eat 6 oz a day for 70 calories. But if you really want, you can probably eat 2lbs, and that's around 380 calories. I'm not sure if that's low enough for what you're looking for? I've tried celery sticks, but they don't taste as good to me.

A suprising one is Popcorn.... not the sweet popcorn but natural.. salted or slightly flavoured. Its low in fat, low cal and high in fibre.

Air pop all the way! I have a misto for olive oil so I can spray healthy fats onto the popcorn and it allows my sea salt and cracked black pepper to stick better.

Air popped popcorn. Any veggies. I have a weakness for pickles. Roasted chickpeas (not super low cal but very filling). Oh, and rice cakes! There's also air puffed rice and corn cereals I believe.

I like celery with a little peanut butter - if you want to eat a bigger volume just spread the peanut butter thinner.

I love hummus, but can't stop myself from eating the entire pot, so I have to save it for treats.
Another vote for air popped popcorn. I also spray a little olive oil on, then sprinkle with chilli. I'd love to sprinkle with salt but I know how much I love salt so try to avoid adding it to food.
Another favourite is edamame beans, also sprinkled with chilli flakes.
