Hi all
Been an MFP member for a month
Doing well - 2.7kg down so far (which is 6lbs) and that was as of Tuesday morning - I hope I've lost another little bit by today!
Looking for more people to help keep me motivated and vice Versa

My main interests are chilling out and watching tv (boring I know), and also cooking/baking

I have been doing c25k for a few weeks now and am due to do week 3 day 2 tomorrow!

Any friends out there, post below or add me :)

    Hi - started watching what I ate with a nutritionist in late Nov 2015. My problem has always been that I've turned a blind eye. Haven't lost any weight but I am holding steady. It's like turning a large boulder 180 degrees with your bare hands! Hope to be down 30 - 40 pounds by summer..
