Need Friends for Accountability (trying to lose 75 lbs)

I looked at the scale one day and saw 224 and knew I needed to get healthy. I'm only a couple of days in but would love friends to see on their journey to keep me going. I'm looking to drop 75 lbs which I know isn't going to be easy but with the right mind set I know I can do it.
