Holiday destinations for single lady?

So I'm thinking of rewarding myself with a weeks holiday in May. Any destination suggestions for a single lady? I'm hoping for somewhere I'm not surrounded by honeymooners or kids. All inclusive options would be great. Maybe a beach resort or cruise?

    St. Croix, Virgin Islands... my absolute favorite place I've ever been. I've also been to Key West, FL, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Los Angeles, & the Tampa, FL area recently. Clearwater, FL is another nice place. Siesta Key, FL has the best beach I have ever seen. Sandy Point Beach in St. Croix was another best beach I've ever seen. My mama is going on a cruise to the Bahamas with a friend next week.

    Thanks ladies! Keep those suggestions coming. I think a trip to Croatia would be awesome but just a week wouldn't do it justice.

    I treated myself to a trip to Jamaica 4 months ago (when I lost 35 pounds). I stayed at an all inclusive hotel in Montego Bay and I had the best time
