Need a friend to help !

So I am looking for someone to help or help motivate me and themselves to lose weight and be healthy. I go to prom April 23 of this year and I really need help I'm trying to lose about 20-25 pounds and I weigh about 175 right now. I've started eating healthy and foods that are better for my body I'm just looking to get in shape so I can feel better about myself!! Message me!

    Eating healthy and clean. HIIT Cardio twice a week will help a lot

    And Amy I actually don't go to the gym!! I run around my neighborhood which is a good mile or so and I dance twice out of the week

    I recommend cutting carbs/sugars down to about 20g a day! My sister did that about five months ago while still leading a very sedentary lifestyle and she's shed about 55 pounds so far! I'm sure that a carb-almost-free diet and exercise will get you to your goal! :)
