Hi, I'm new to MyFitnessPal but not new to dieting. About 18 months ago I had a stroke. I made my daughter cry, my son despair and my wife had the most stoic expression I have every seen. I saw this from my hospital bed, I wasn't sure what day it was or why almost nothing made sense. It was the most frighten day of my life. Thanks to God's grace, I'm better and I am here to get my health in order. It's nice to meet all you nice folks. Good luck to us all.

    My brother had a stroke a couple of years back. One of the most devasting days of my life. He's doing very well today. So my best wishes. If you like invite me.
