I don't use supplements I have no problems eating real food.0

I don't supliment either. I get most mine from reg food (chicken, fish, turkey) and egg whites. The occasional muscle milk lite and Greek yoga also helps.

I don't eat enough protein with my regular meals so I supplement with rice protein. I tried several variations of whey protein but they weren't kind to my stomach.0

Lose weight but not lose muscle at the same. Makes sense. Im at 180 now. Trying to go down to about 160-165 but stay lean and toned. I started out at 190 down 10 pounds but i gained strength. So obviously my muscles are not getting smaller. Lol0

What kind of "results" are you looking for or expecting?
Ultimately, protein powder is simply powdered food... no more, no less and it's intake will only reflect that. It might have a higher protein concentration than other protein sources, but it won't accomplish anything other than supplying you protein and increasing your calorie intake.0 -

I use MusclePharm Combat Powder. It tastes pretty good and has no chunks which is why I like it. I only use the protein on my heavy lifting days. No need for it otherwise. If you do go the supplement route have a doctor look at it for you along with your diet and exercise plan. Every person is different and only you and your doctors can really tell you if something is going to be beneficial to you.0

I love MusclePharm Chocolate peanut butter with a tbsp. of PB2 chocolate powder. Just a personal preference.0
