I am 39 and on Jan 1st weighed 256 I am down to 243 and want to get to under 200 friend requests accepted always looking for motivation , recipes workout tips

    Hi i have been on for 3.5 months, lost 19 lb. i am a walker, live in Toronto, Ontario. I set myself little tiny goals. Usually no more than 10lb at s time. I cook very simply, it is easy and fast.

    I'm a returning member and in the last six months I've lost and sustained 8 pounds. Slowly but surely I always say. My system is a proven success. Lose, maintain, intensify, repeat. I cook a lot of soups, since it's around winter in Canada right now. I'm in love with jogging and occasional core workouts.
