I think it would be really cool to have a personal mentor. I'm really struggling. I want to make the healthy lifestyle a top priority. I'm currently in grad school and not working so I should have time for this, but I don't make the time. The cooking thing is extremely rough for me. I'm not very creative, can be kinda picky, and nervous to spend money on something I might not like very much. Also really just don't know how to cook. Nutrition overwhelms me. There's so many chemicals everywhere and I just give up hope and eat boxed frozen dinners anywhere because sometimes I don't know what to do.

Gaeta89! I used to be like you until I started searching for meals to make on my own throughout the week. I wasn't creative at all, but I would look up websites that had meal plans for the week and use those. I still do that to this day and I've been at this for 3 years lol
I suggest searching a week's worth of meals (that look good to you!), do your grocery shopping and spend a day making all of the recipes. Then you won't have to worry about what to make after class and you're not spending money on frozen meals loaded with sodium and who knows what else. Hope this helps!0
