One day I'll measure, and it will say something, then it will say something lower the next week, then it will say higher the next week..
how do you measure right???
I'm measuring: neck, waist, hips, biceps, thighs, calves, and then right below my little pudge of a belly. haha
ideas? thoughts?

I always try and measure at the "biggest" part of the body.
    Here is what I do:
*arms at the bicep at the biggest part
*the bust is right across the nipple line and straight around
*waist is the only part I don't, it is the narrowest part of my torso
*hips I do at the widest part of my butt area
*thighs, again, at the widest part, usually right near the panty line

I don't usually measure the neck, so I don't know there, but mine is all about the same, so I would probably measure right around the middle..

go onto a measuring/BMI site, and they show you exactly how to do it and more importantly where! Good luck!

Waist is the hard one I think. Bend to the side. That spot where you bend is your waist. I like this method because it gurantees you always do the same spot.

This is what I do also. Except I do my waist. I measured it right above my belly button.

just to be on the safe side, since there are different opinions on what equals the "waist", i measure both the narrowest part of my torso and what i call my "belly", which is basically the widest part of my torso....usually just under my belly button. this way i get both areas measured for good, uh, measure : )
