I have a "thick, somewhat curvy body" but I would like for my body to be "toned" as well. Any exercise plans, diet plans??

"Toned" is an overused phrase, but typically ppl mean being able to see muscle definition which is primary diet related. I highly recommend macro tracking, complimented with a weight lifting regimen and HIIT style cardio. To get lean you need to get rid of body fat.0

"Toning" is nothing other than fat reduction, thereby making your existing muscle more visible. That's achieved by basic calorie deficit / CICO. You can't spot reduce, so where it comes off first/last is probably genetically determined and varies for everyone. For instance some people say it dropped off their gut first, some people say it's the last place to go for them. To further develop your muscles you need to lift weights. For muscle to develop you need to consume enough protein.0

Why?
This girl started with a lowish body fat but with years of strength training for body recomposition ended up more shapely and the effect looks "toned"..
Stack from nerdfitness is a great example

If you can't bring yourself to do free weights yet then do a decent bodyweight programme

But it all comes down to calorie intake for fat loss so don't forget your calorie counting
