If I eat 1600 from food do I need to burn more than 1600 through exercise.Pleas help

You burn calories just through your body functions.
You can lose weight without any exercise as long as your eat fewer calories than your body uses.0 -
No. You want to NET 1600 calories. That means you want, after all the exercise calories have been accounted for, to have still eaten 1600 calories above and beyond that. Your deficit is built into that number already, before exercise.0

First, don't start with 1100. That is too low.
Enter your stats in to MFP, and choose a realistic weight loss goal (2 lbs a week only if you have a lot to loses, >50 lbs or so, less if you don't). Log what you eat and plan to eat the number of calories that MFP gave you. If you exercise, eat back some of those calories too. Most people aim for about 50% to counteract any inaccuracies.
Keep this up for about a month and see is you are losing weight at the right pace. If not, adjust.0 -
