Eating exercise macros

I'm trying to lose 2 lbs a week so MFP has recommended eating 1210 calories a day but after I workout it adds more macros from what burned in my workout. Should I not eat the extra macros it has given me to lose weight?

Yes you should.
MFP takes your height and weight to calculate your BMR. It then takes you activity level (Sedentary, moderate, ect) to calculate your TDEE. (Total daily energy expenditure)
Then depending on how much weight you want to lose, it deducts a certain % from that number.
Since you have selected to lose weight so fast. Your caloric deficite will be huge after exercise, debately an un-healthy amount. So make sure you eat the additional calories you burn in your case.0 -
Eat only half, unless you want to gain weight. Calories burned are always over estimated by about 100%0
