Hi, Can't praise this site enough. Without it I would be a big fat fail! Been following LCHF since October 2014 and have lost 1 pound off of 4 stone.
I'd previously lost a stone, but it had take me nine months of yoyo dieting without MFP.
Altogether that's nearly five stone.
I chose LCHF because I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes.
I was on 9 tablets a day inc: high blood pressure and statin meds.
I am now completely drug free and have 24 pounds to get to get to my goal of 23 BMI.

Wonderful job! I am so happy that you are able to get off of those drugs. This is one of my goals as well and I hope to be able to repeat your success story in the near future. You are my new inspiration. :)

84 pounds lost. been struggling a little with maintenence. Quite difficult to balance calories. One week will put on weight on 2000 cals a day, next week will lose? Still managing to keep it off though.

Congratulations, Kfollett21262! That is quite an accomplishment! Getting your health under control is major! Keep it up! From reading the forums, I've seen quite a few comments about people struggling to find the right balance for maintenance. You will get it figured out. I agree MFP makes it possible if we are willing to put in the work every day.
