    thanks guys for the welcome back , feeling pretty pleased today 1 week on diet chef and 4 pounds lost , I haven't been a saint this week I did fall and have a cheese toastie , I was advised not to go to the gym this week as my portion sizes are small and to let my body adjust , but come Monday back on my 40 min cardio routine
