Hi, I'm new, just joined today! I have been trying to lose weight for over a year now, but I haven't really been active in it until now. I saw some pics of myself recently and realized that I really need to lose weight, about 75 pounds worth. I am a mom of 4 small children, ages 7 yrs, 5 yrs, 3.5 years and 17 months. It's hard to find the time to work out, I've started waking up early (5am) to get on the treadmill and such. I have a long way to go and am looking at joining some support groups, maybe making a few friends that understand what I'm going through.
