Help stay on track

Hello, I just start my journey, my goal is to lose weight, right now I am 156 and my goal is to be 127 by spring break..

    Hey! We are just about the same! Well, I was 156 a couple days ago, but tonight I'm 159!!! I'm old...so my goal is 138, but 127 like the old days. ;)
    I don't know how to add anyone?? Never been to "the community" before.
