What is your win today?

I think it will be better for me to look at this weight loss thing as a series of little daily wins. If I fail at my step goal, well I won my calorie goal. Missed my Calories for the day? Well at least I did some extra steps during commercials during my favorite show. I'm right at the beginning of this change. I noticed MFP has a blog feature. I'm going to use mine to document my daily win. My "you did good. Don't give up".

My first win today:
Shopping with my mother and she just has to stop for fast food. I had eaten breakfast earlier and I thought to myself "Am I hungry? No. Just thirsty." So one unsweetened iced tea for me. So if I can say no to a burger and fries "just because we are there", anything is possible.
