56 kg down in one year (10 to go)

One year back, all I did was wonder if I will be able to do it. Happened to me so many times in so many years.
The excess weight started to show multiple effects, easy fatigue, non participation in many stuffs and knee injuries.
February 2015 - 330 pounds (151kg)
I knew it was high time to do something or I would most likely live that way for another year again.
To start with, I had a trip to a dietician and thankfully proved useful. And I would follow my eating habits with MFP. I would also restart walking, painful, boring but really helpful to start. I wanted to get my speed back on the badminton court and that was a motivation factor.
22nd February I started with a personal challenge: no soft drink for a month. As I write this on 20th of February, I did not have a sip yet.
Weeks went by, and I saw general improvement in my fitness, initial quick weight loss and most importantly, compliments from so many people. And it was not going to be the end.
I chose new sports, starting with yoga, for I was never very flexible and comfortable in many sitting postures. I would start to jog and hold on distances like 6km. I would complete 6km in one hour and that would make me really happy (despite it being a very horrible performance).
As a kid, I have always loved cycling but would not cycle a lot for it seemed odd to have a fat guy on two wheels and I did balance myself properly (to clear any doubt). 35kg down and I would get a new mountain bike in July 2015. This is the moment I start to challenge myself. I wanted to complete the annual 50km bike race in my home country. Dedicating and enjoying moments on my bicycle, enjoying moments improving my stats while running, moving faster in badminton and being able to hold on difficult postures of yoga, I quickly saw fat burning off and most importantly, I could barely see any loose skin effects (though loads of stretch marks).
The move from 35kg weight loss to 56 kg weight loss would take me 7 months as muscles start to build up in the routine activities, I did hit a plateau at 114kg and with the help of the dietician, figured some drastic calories cutting.

As this 2016 started, I have been off onto two trail runs and already planning a third one + half marathon + 100km cycling race.
A summary:
1. It is more mental than diet
2. Get some hard physical objectives, perhaps as sports.
3. Talk to everyone about your goals
4. Weigh yourself once every week or two weeks. Everyday weighing is a big mental pressure and never accurate.
Some pics:
November 2015 - 100kg
January 2016 - 96kg
February 2016 - 94kg
And these are some articles which did motivate me:

Questions are welcome and I can relate to different stages of the weight loss except the stabilisation as I am yet to head towards that.

There is a physical difference, but unfortunately the change in attitude cannot be expressed in pictures.
Gone are the lazy days and on are those days where you simply need to get moving.
