Hi all,

I'm just being nosy here and looking for ways to change things up, as I have been stalled for the past 1 1/2 weeks. What is your fitness routine?

Here's mine:

Mon: Couch25K & Arms Circuit training
Tues: Legs circuit & cardio
Wed: Couch25K & Arms Circuit training
Thu: Legs circuit & cardio
Fri: Couch25K, additional cardio
Sa: Jump/Bodyweight training
Su: Cardio only day

I will take days off here and there, but I honestly need my daily workout for stress relief.

So, what's your routine? :)

I do the 30 day shred lvl 2, walk an hour, and run 30 minutes everyday.

My routine is varied....but I aim for

    1 cycle/spin class a week
    1 yoga class a week
    1-2 pilates classes a week
I also use the stationary bike, eliptical and treadmill.
And last week, I started Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. (I'm on day 6 and level 1, and seeing changes in my body. Never had that happen before)

I also play wii and take walks/jogs too.

My goal is to hit between 250-300 minutes of cardio each week.

Each day i do the exercise on the P90x Lean calender for that day..
And if for that day i dont have the P90x Ab workout il do the one from the classic P90 instead.

Each day i also do an exercise from the 30 day shred..

But at the end of the 30 days il stop doing the 30 day shred..
And when iv finished P90x i plan to just exercise 3 days a week for maintenance purposes..

And maybe take a dance class or something aswell...
    Thinking pole dancing lessons.

    Very interesting...lot's of classes!

I was also doing Shred, but keep stopping. I think I'm going to do Shred in the mornings to get back on track (in addition to my regular workouts).

I've also been interested in P90x, but am worried that I am still too out of shape for it. LOL

Mine will vary slightly depending on if I can get all the kids around to get my full two hours at the one gym (where I do my cardio) or not. I'm also doing things differently because it's summer and my older children (read: babysitters) are now sleeping in...

M-F: 70 minutes (or more) elliptical; 10-20 minutes strength training; 30-40 minutes Curves circuit training
S: day off, but sometimes go for 30-45 minutes of elliptical
U: 90 minutes (or more) cardio (I'll do elliptical, bike, and/or arc training), 20-30 minutes strength training.

I kind of wing it a little after getting to the gym. Like today, I did 30 minutes on the arc trainer and then 55 minutes of elliptical. I really just started the arc, and I like it, so I'm splitting time. I set my minimum at 70 minutes cardio though.
