I have been having issues with my lower back since kast summer and had surgery this oast December. Any tios on ab exercises that wont hurt my back?

    If you had back surgery, did you have no aftercare? Could you go back to the surgeon and ask him/her?
    I would be likely to seek out an experienced physiotherapist and explain to him/her what surgery you had and pains you have now, rather than accepting suggestions from unqualified strangers popping up with suggestions of pilates or dorsal raises on a fitball or whatever, when that might be totally wrong for your back. :/

    You definitely need to see at PT to get an exercise schedule for your back, not us.
