I am doing nutrisystem, MFP, and exercise goal of 3 hours week.
I am committed to logging every day even if MFP won't count it when calories are too low for its liking. Nutrisystem turbo 10 is below 1200 for first week. I am trusting their science. It beets the poor choices that got me here.
I wish all in this group much success and I hope we all can record a downward trend...20 or more would be sweet.
Please let us know the recording guidelines for challenge.
