Wow, you look great! What exercises do you do? My goal was just to get rid of all the flab back there, but I certainly wouldn't mind looking like that!0

Congrats to you girlie- tell us what you did to get such awesome muscles!0 -
What exercises do you do?
Well, i used to do a lot of cardio... i only changed my routine a few days ago so i guess i'll say both...
Old Routine (From march until about Friday lol)
30-60 minutes of running 5 days a week
15-20 minutes of weights 2 times a week -- usually shoulder press, bench press, and seated row. 3 sets of 12-15 reps at 30 pounds for each.
New Routine (From Friday til today--every day)
30-45 minutes of running
30 minutes of weights-- I alternate days depending on what is sore and what i've worked out most recently
Day one:
shoulder press
bench press
seated row
pec fly
3 sets of 12-15 reps at 30 pounds for each (this changed to 40 lbs for the pec fly and 50 lbs for the bench press today)
Day two:
Eagle Glute machine (3 sets, 12 reps-30 lbs)
Leg Press (3 sets, 10 reps, 150 lbs)
Oblique machine (3 sets each side, 12 reps, 30 lbs)
Ab machine (3 sets 15 reps, 50 lbs)
Today i did a circuit of everything because i was crunched for time... but the plan is to do chest back and arms one day, and abs and legs the next...
but yeah... my results mostly came from the old routine because i dont think the new routine has done anything noticeable yet lol
EDIT: I also do classes at my gym... mainly Body Attack and it's a lot of cardio and a TON of pushups... tricep pushups, regular pushups... etc... lots lol but yeah. i'm so excited!! definitely motivates me to keep it up!0 -
Congrats! Great job..0
