Well I jacked myself up with lunch!

There's a hospital cafeteria right across the street from my office, so I went over at lunch and made up a nice salad - but they didn't have any 'light' dressing. I also grabbed a beef patty to cut up on top. Now I can't find info on the beef patty, and the salad dressing had crazy calories!

Oh well, at least I'm trying to do better. Tomorrow will be a wiser day! :wink:

    I know, those dang dressings/condiments can really add up! :noway:

    Well, at least you know....and you still have the rest of the day to decide how you want to handle this. Don't let it bring you down or make you throw in the towel for the remainder of the day. It happened, no big deal..... :smile:

    You still have time to do some exercise and work off those extra calories

    That's why I don't even add dressing! I just eat the vegetables raw.... which is way better in my opinion!
