Hello everyone my name is Trisha.
I'm 212 pounds. I'm a very happy big girl. With that being said I'm not happy with my health. My goal weight is 180, but my biggest goal is to be more active and set better examples for my kids.

Hi Trisha, I'm starting today… I'm 60, 215 pounds, my goal weight is 140… I aim big. I've been overweight for 25 years and I need to get healthy too. I'm doing the Dr. Fuhrman Nutritarian Plan, planning on making it a lifestyle change, not just a one time diet. I hope we can help each other, Wendy0
