First timer

Hello! I've just joined MyFitnessPal as I was previously on Weight Watchers and it didn't really work out for me as their "treat days" I would over eat. I thought MyFitnessPal could help as it's the same calories day in day out. Also the amount of praise you get I think could really motivate me, I lost 8lbs on WW and I was 12st 5lbs at my biggest, I now weigh 11st 11lbs and have a GW of 11st, I just want something to work for me whilst losing weight and keeping the weight off.
