What platform (Web, Android, iOS) are you using? Have you checked the known issues articles on the MFP Help pages?
The newest version of Android supposedly fixed known issues related to that.
Fixed in 5.6.1: No data logged within the app is not syncing to the website
Fixed in 5.6: Exercises logged within the app are not synced to the website.

If none of the above applies, I would recommend opening a Case with Customer Support on the MFP Help pages...
