I would like to slim down my thighs, exspecially the insides of my thigh. I know you can't " spot slim ". I know there are a ton of different workout videos on YouTube, etc. But is there one that really works and people have had succes with? If so I would love to know what it is.

I have always had thick thighs, genetically that's where I tend to put on weight first. However, I have seen a huge difference since I started lifting heavy and with intensity.
Here's the thing. As you just said, you can't spot slim. Increasing all over muscle and decreasing fat will slim your thighs, so keep training and doing cardio to slim.
As far as good leg day exercises to build muscle!!!
(Leg day is my favorite)
I love barbell squats. LOVE them.
Power squats are good for butt and hamstrings.
LUNGES are killer but that means they're doing great things for you.
Supersets of leg extensions and leg curls will make you a limping BEAST.
Calf raises are good too, just so you don't have HUGE quads and tiny little calves, hehe.
If you build muscle there, as well as all over, you will increase your BMR and post workout calorie burn, and when supplemented with cardio and eating TDEE deficit, you WILL slim down and the leg day beast mode will leave you with amazingly toned quads and calves, so you can appreciate all your hard work.0 -
I am a little unfamiliar with some of the exercises you said. Is there a video or something that would be good to demonstrate them?0

You answered your own question.
Follow the usual fat loss plan of a calorie deficit, plus full-body strength training to prevent muscle loss. It's best to follow a complete strength program, not a list of exercises. Try NROL4W or Stronglifts.

Squats helped me like the shape of my legs more!
I do the machine squats where you go up and down with the pads on the top of your shoulders, sorry I forget what the machine is called.0 -
Lol it's fine:)0

I don't have access to a bar, so I use dumbbells, but got great results from squats, deadlifts and lunges & they work your abs, too. Check out Girls Gone Strong for proper form.0
