Need some recipes! (cream of chicken soup)

I feel like I have a million cans of cream of chicken soup and the only thing I know how to make with them are enchilladas so I'm looking for some better options!

ALSO, a lot of recipes call for cream of mushroom (I reaaallly don't like mushrooms and yes, I can taste and see them in there), could I just replace it with cream of chicken?

    Kirkland Signature (Costco) - Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breasts Individually Wrapped, 12 oz.
    Kraft - Miracle Whip Original , 16 Tbsp (15g)
    Mrs Cubbison's Stuffin - Seasoned Corn Bread, 2 1/2 cup (34g)
    Asparagus 5 Spears - Asparagus 5 Spears, 20 spears
    Lemon juice - Raw, 0.5 fl oz
    Imperial - Margerine, 8 tbsp
    Lucerne - 2% Milk Mexican Four Cheese Blend, 1 cup
    Campbell's Condensed Soup - Cream of Celery, 1 container (1 3/10 cup (120 ml) ea.)

    Dice and cook the chicken and then combine it with the miracle whip, soup, lemon juice.
    Lay cooked asparagus in the pan and then top with the chicken mixture.
    Sprinkle cheese over the top.
    Mix stuffing and butter and sprinkle it over the top.
    Bake at 350 for about 20-30 mins or until hot throughout and the top is browned.

    Breast of chicken

    6 boneless chicken
    6 slices of bacon ( wrapped around the chicken, we dont eat the bacon, just to flavor the chicken)
    2 cans of cream of chicken soup
    1 package of cream cheese 8oz
    dried beef ( layered on the bottom)
    pepper (to taste)
    minute rice

    2 hour cooking time at 375
    mix cream of chicken & cream cheese in a sauce pan till smooth & mixed well, set aside
    layer the bottum of the dish w dried beef
    then lay chicken wrapped w bacon on top of beef
    then put the cream mixture over chicken
    cook foR 2 HOURS
    sERVE OVER Rice

    ~ not to sure of the calories right this minute but it is easily modefied to make lower n calories & is so YUMMY!

    Lots of times I have substituted Cream of Chicken for Cream of Mushroom and vice versa. Also Cream of Celery makes a pretty good substitute.
