healthy eating needed!!!!

Hi my name is emma mum of two, im back on fitness pal but this time decided to look at the forums which ive never done before, looking for inspiration! !!

    What worked for me was to log what I eat. Noting the calories. Decrease the daily calories a little to shoot to lose ten pounds at a time. It took one year to lose fifty. But I'm not hungry. It's basically learning to eat less and better choices. Good luck.
