Slightly new here. Still figuring everything out. My husband and I are getting (back) in shape. I was in great shape about 4 years ago but I was in a car accident and do to chronic pain I got lazy and quit taking care of myself like I was supposed to.
I've been meal planning and prepping. Making better food choices and working out once or twice a day. This time it's a lifestyle change not a diet. I don't want to be "skinny" I want to be fit, strong, and healthy. I want to be around for a long time.
