Whats your calorie intake and thoughts!

Hey guys! Just interested to hear your thoughts regarding my calorie goals and a little comparison to yours aswell. The past year now i've been calorie counting and a bit of a yo-yo dieter in terms of my weight! I first began trying to lose weight when i was 85kgs, and i just started doing PT sessions twice a week, it took me 6weeks and i was down 1.6kgs, but at the time i was still eating whatever i wanted and never even heard of calorie counting before. One of my friends taught me about calories and how it works and thats when i started! I should probably include some stats, 6'3-6'4 height, 20years old Male. Throughout the year i would usually aim to eat around 1200-1500 calories a day, (i admit i did get a bit addicted to losing weight and ended up being quite thin at 73.5kgs, my lowest weight ever) where i was consuming 1k-1200 calories a day. Anyway thats in the past, obviously that sort of intake wasnt sustainable for me as it lead to alotta binges down the track aha, anywhoo im currently in a rather happy state atm, still trying to cut down on my weight as i do enjoy being quite thin (just a personal preference) (sitting at 78.3kgs as of this morning) I have my goal set to lose .5kg a week, as im a pretty tall guy and i know that tall people can lose weight easier than shorter people, However the issue is, is that i know the daily average for men is 1800 minimum, what i can't seem to fathom is how people can do that and still feel good? Tonight for example i've ended on 1525 calories (with a goal intake of 1560, as ive set my activity level to Sedentry as my job is a desk job, however i do have to walk to and from work which equals 25mins of walking each day to and from) and i've earnt back 486 through excercise today as i went to the gym aswell so i technically would be at a net of just over 1000, but i still have the feeling that i've eaten way too much food! Guess im just looking to see what others have their goal intakes at to see that im not crazy for thinking i need to eat some more.
Oh i should also note i've lost 3.7kgs in 24days so its not drastically falling off or anything just feel like i could still be less restrictive?
Cheers,
David

5'1, female, 62yo, 46 kg (100-105lbs) maintain at 1450-1550 cals exercising 5x 60 min per week.
I think you should eat more.

5'3, female, 22, current weight 208 (95ish kg), and I'm eating 1500 and losing a bit over a pound a week.
You should try to eat more. If you feel full now, why not try some more calorie-dense foods, like peanut butter, avocado, nuts, etc? That way you're eating roughly the same volume, but giving your body enough energy to function. These are healthy options as well, so you don't have to resort to junk.0 -
5'6" F, 35 y/o, 72.8 kilos as of this morning (goal is 69.4 kilos), losing about .25-ish kilos per week on @1400 calories. I'm recovering from foot surgery, so my exercise is seriously restricted at the moment.
You're over half a foot taller than I am and weigh a kilo more than I do (and I am just barely overweight)
. I'm going to suggest that you probably don't need to lose any more weight, whether you like being thin or not (and 73.8k on your height is thin).0 -
5'3, female, 29 current weight: (todays scale read - 202.8). eating around my bmr (1600) and loosing around a 1lb a week give or take... try not to weigh so much as i used to as the scales fluctuate due to water retention etc...
do around 30-60mins exercise 5 times a week (from cardio to just brisk walks)
i'd say eat a % of those exercise cals back0
