I have a 20 lb kettlebell, just looking for some new workouts.

Try Sarah Lurie Iron Core Kettlebell DVD set-on amazon for ten bucks-first two dvds are instructional and workouts, the last two are workouts. Lauren Brooks has a great dvd series and book.
Stay away from Jillian Michaels-she'll get you injured. Try to stick with RKC (certification).

I love the Art of Strength DVDs by Anthony DiLuglio.

There are 5 DVDs (that I know of):
    1. Providence - More strength focused. Good first DVD
    2. Firepower - Mainly 2 kettlebell excercises
    3. Newport - More cardio focused (use a lighter bell) - Very challenging
    4. The Kettlebell Way - Remake of Providence but with Beth Chamberlain helping Anthony
    5. The Kettlebell Way II - Haven't done it can't comment.

I have been using Providence for years and it is great and doesn't get super annoying on repeated views (I did P90X and I felt like going through the TV to strangle Tony Horton 1/2 the time). Honestly I only do Newport a couple of times a month to remind myself that I am not nearly in as good a shape as I would like. :)

The AOS DVDs are kind of expensive but fantastic full body kettlebell workouts.

For me it was finding a virtual trainer that I liked enough to stick with it.

I like the fitness blender (free on-line work outs) 1X10 kettle bell burnout workout and the endurance kettle bell work out. They have a bunch of other ones too.
