Pre-diabetic sugar issues

Hi.
I'm logging my food and exercise to see if I can avoid becoming diabetic.
It is quite amazing what you put in your mouth when you aren't logging your food intake.

    I too was diagnosed as prediabetic I am doing low carb intake and working on losing weight

    Just be aware that total carbs are what affects your blood glucose, not sugar. If you are eating a diabetic diet, you need to reduce all carbs, both simple (sugars) and complex (starches).
