Keep on pushing!!!

It's been 4 weeks for for me on MFP and I feel like I have been reborn I can't wait to continue the journey. I've lost over an inch and a half around my waist and gained lean muscle mass and loving every bit of the journey to fitness success. I went through a very difficult past 12 months with medical issues in combination with injuries to my knees and wrist. I decided to commit to one day on MFP as well as modify exercises to strengthen my quads and hamstrings and now I can't wait to see what the future has in store... going to keep on pushing and remember don't ever give up is not how many times you get knocked down it's the amount of times that you're going to get up!!

That is so awesome! Way to keep going and seeing results! I had torn my ACL this past summer, but now I am able to walk and workout (though not like you) and MFP does help make a difference! I don't think I'll be playing ball this summer, but I DO know that I will be able to be active! :) Keep on keeping on!

Hey good for you, remember its not about perfection but making progress. After such a serious injury kudos to you for taking the first steps that is pretty major. I tore my meniscus in my left knee years ago and I answered me but now I simply just modify my workouts to accommodate.
