I love that moment at midnight when the counter restarts. All of a sudden the mistakes of today are behind me and I can begin again. Being able to look at it this way means I don't beat myself up with the guilt of having gone over my calorie intake today. Today is done with. Tomorrow is now an opportunity to get things right.

    I totally agree!! I didn't eat the best this weekend.. party after party and food EVERYWHERE! But today is a new day, and I'm back to the grind ! Love the quote- so true.
