Hi!
I have a scar from a C-section. Thankfully it isnt at all very wide just long.
I am very proud of why I have the scar but I cant seem to get the muscle under it toned up.
I do ab crunches and the reverse crunch.
Is there more that I can do? Suggestions/Recommendations please.
Thanks so much.

You are firming the muscle with the ab work, but you can't see it because of the layer of body fat that is covering it. Hit the cardio and as the fat is burned it will be burned from the total body, including the abdominal area.0

Thanks a bunch. I will keep at it. It's good to know that it's not impossible. :-)0
