Hi

Hi everyone..im properly starting my fitness pal..iv been doin slimming world for 5 weeks but im bored of eating the same thing an bein deprived of food or feeling guilty if i have a treat..so my new motto is eat less move more..but enjoy it on being happy and not stressing abt food overall.any one in same boat...i have lost 11lbs so far..but last two weeks have been very slow..anyhow would like to meet other ppl on this for support xx
